Site update

We have been a little quiet on the tweets lately, sorry for this, we have been spending all our time updating the website and making important changes, we feel that the site although new, still could be better, this has put us back a few months….but… it’s worth the wait.

Estate Agents are going to have the ultimate system for the day to day running of their business with the extra options of portal uploading and website design, we have taken on investment and have an awesome small team based in the UK, working hard as I type.

We promise not only to offer the best system around but also save you money every month, all that topped off with your own personal account manager.

Thank you.

Feedback for agents

Previously we allowed all types of feedback to be posted on the website, we have taken the decision to not make a place for upset buyers and sellers to vent their anger on the agents, too many time its actually out of the agents control and the feedback is not really accurate.

From Tuesday 18th February we are only allowing 5 star reviews, so the best agents will shine through!

Moving chain to archive

There was a small issue when moving a property chain to archive, this has now been resolved, thank you to Tim for pointing this out to us!

Rental coming soon

Our agents have been talking to us and of course we listen. At the end of February we will be adding rentals to our easy to use property management system.

Choosing an Estate Agent

Choose an agent now with our easy search!

Marketing your property should be an easy process with the Estate Agent handling everything for you from viewings to negotiations, but, how do you know which agent to instruct for selling or renting your property?

Would you like an agent who is a member of a professional body, like the NAEA National Association of Estate agents, or ARLA Association of Residential Letting Agents, I think about 99.9% of agents are members of The Property Ombudsman, this is a definite when marketing.

How is the agent’s reputation? Has anyone recommended the agent? This is the best way to decide as chances are if they did a good job for them, they will for you. Our site lists feedback for most of the agents in the UK so do a search.

How many FOR SALE signs does the agent have in the area, this can be a good indicator, also how many are marked UNDER OFFER or SOLD STC, various websites such as and show this for you, have a look at this video to see how it’s done.

Today we are adding Tenure to FOR SALE properties, this will flow to UNDER OFFER and LIVE CHAIN, also if agent only using LIVE CHAIN this can be added so it flows to the memorandum of sale.  If agent selects Leasehold the number of years remaining can be added as well.
